近日，美国一警察违规跪压12岁女生的视频被公布。
据美联社19日报道，美国威斯康星州基诺沙一所学校公布的监控录像显示，一名当地警察在学校食堂的午餐时间用膝盖顶住一名12岁女孩的脖子并给她戴上手铐。
3月4日中午，该学校食堂发生打架事件。在学校兼职担任安保人员的基诺沙警员肖恩·格茨肖介入了这场争斗，并与一名女孩扭打在一起。其间肖恩摔倒，头撞到了桌子上。
随后，肖恩将这名女孩的头按在地上，用膝盖顶住她的脖子约半分钟，并给她戴上手铐，把她带出了食堂。
Guetschow, who was working as a security guard at the school, then pushes the girl’s head into the ground and uses his knee on her neck for about half a minute before handcuffing her and walking her out of the cafeteria.
据《纽约时报》报道，去年，威斯康星州已签署法案禁止执法人员使用跪压动作。女孩的父亲杰里尔·佩雷斯呼吁对肖恩提起刑事诉讼，佩雷斯说，女儿目前正在接受治疗，看神经科医生以评估她的伤势。
“她受到了羞辱，受到了精神创伤，”佩雷斯在本周的新闻发布会上说，女儿现在每天都对他说，“爸爸，我不想去上学。”
“She’s humiliated, she’s traumatized,” Mr. Perez said at a news conference this week, adding that every day, she tells him, “‘Daddy, I don’t want to go to school.’”
佩雷斯的律师德文尼指出，肖恩的手法与2020年弗洛伊德案中警察使用的手法如出一辙。
Mr. DeVinney noted that the maneuver by Mr. Guetschow mirrored the one used by Derek Chauvin in the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis in 2020.

“The officer continued to push his knee into Jerrel’s daughter’s neck as she told him she couldn’t breathe,” Mr. DeVinney said.
德文尼称，佩雷斯一家打算对警察肖恩、警局以及校区提起诉讼。
Mr. DeVinney said that the family intends to bring a lawsuit against Mr. Guetschow, the police department and the school district.
据当地媒体报道，目前，涉事警察肖恩已经辞去学校的安保工作。
